Keller, the former executive editor of the Times, was one of "Bush's Useful Idiots," a liberal hawk whose support for the Iraq War gave the Bush Administration critical cover.  Keller has since expressed some measure of regret, which proved unsatisfying to many.   In any event, he is at least asking some of the important questions this time around.  -- Lovechilde
