Roman Colosseum lit to protest an execution

On November 15, 2011, Florida executed Oba Chandler, age 65, for the 1989 murders of Joan Rogers, 36, and her daughters Michelle, 17, and Christe, 14, who were on vacation at the time. 

This is the 41st execution in the United States in 2011, the second in Florida this year.
