Jazz Interlude: Thelonious Monk
Thelonious Monk, one of the "giants of American Music," in 1966, playing his composition Blue Monk. Charlie Rouse on sax, Larry Gales on bass and Ben Riley on drums. Watching Monk play, I'm reminded of his famous quote, "“Sometimes it's to your advantage for people to think you're crazy.”
