R.I.P. Robert Jackson III

On July 29, 2011, Delaware executed Robert Jackson III for the 1992 killing of Elizabeth Girardi, which occurred during a botched burglary.  Jackson maintained that his accomplice in the burglary had been the actual murderer.  Anthony Lachette testified against Jackson at trial, was permitted to plead guilty to burglary and conspiracy, and was released from prison in 1996.

This is the 30th execution in the United States in 2011, the first in Delaware since 2005.

No such thing as R.I.P! Wake up people! It's appointed unto man to die once then face judgment!
The physical body will die,but not the spirit.
